Mounting Options: Metal prints are offered with two mounting options:
Standard Mount: Float Mount Hangers are attached to the back of the print, and float the print 1/2-inch off the wall when hung.
Optional Easel Back: Mounts on the back for table top display. Will work for most Insta‑Ken prints, but may be a bit unstable for prints with a height of more than 12″.
Free Shipping in USA: All orders enjoy free shipping to anywhere in the United States. Your order will ship via FedEx and typically arrives in 5-10 business days depending on location. We’ll send you a tracking number after your order ships.
International Shipping: We can ship internationally, however shipping is charged at cost, which is based on the carrier charge and may vary depending on the size and weight of the package, and the destination (does not include taxes or custom fees which may be incurred). For an international shipping estimate, please contact us with the following information:
- Size and quantity of each print
- Full address with postal code and city (indicate residential or commercial)
- Whether the order must be delivered by a certain date
Custom Sizes: Larger or different sizes of Insta‑Ken prints can be custom ordered. Contact us with your request and we’ll work with you to craft your order.
Payments: The Insta-Ken website accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit card payments. Please contact us if you’d like to make a purchase by check, bank transfer, Paypal, or other payment method.
Sales Tax: Sales tax of 8.875% will be applied to orders being shipped to addresses in the state of New York.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us and return it within 21 days of receipt to receive store credit for a future purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of purchaser. Prints must be returned in excellent condition, and in the original (or other well-protected) packaging.
